Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SnapEdit AI Studio (the "App"), operated by Humanity Founders, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

SnapEdit AI Studio provides photo and image editing tools, including on-device editors and optional cloud AI features (such as background tools, style transfer, generation, and related utilities). Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

Some capabilities require an internet connection, a signed-in account, or a paid subscription.

You may need an account to sync certain features, manage subscriptions, or use cloud AI. You are responsible for accurate information and for keeping your credentials confidential.

• You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction
• You may not share your account or impersonate another person
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized access

The App may be free to download with optional paid plans (for example SnapEdit Pro), in-app unlocks, or usage-limited AI features.

• Purchases on iOS are billed by Apple; purchases on Android are billed by Google Play
• Subscription length, price, and renewal terms are shown in the store listing and paywall before you confirm
• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled in your store account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we do not process card payments directly

You retain ownership of photos and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to process User Content solely to provide the features you request (including transmitting images to AI providers when you run cloud tools).

You represent that you have the rights needed to use and edit the content you upload, and that your use does not infringe others’ rights or violate law.

AI outputs are probabilistic. Results may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before sharing or publishing them.

• Do not rely on AI outputs as professional advice
• Do not use AI features to create unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Cloud AI may be rate-limited by quotas associated with your plan

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the App or APIs except as allowed by law
• Interfere with security, quotas, or other users’ access
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the App for illegal surveillance, exploitation, or other unlawful purposes
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as unaltered photographic evidence where that would deceive

The App, branding, UI, and related materials are owned by Humanity Founders, Inc. or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App as permitted by the applicable app store and these Terms.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will meet your expectations.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.

You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account where that option is offered. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes that are not subject to a mandatory local forum.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated in-app or on this site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where law requires otherwise.
