Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Humanity Founders, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use SnapEdit AI Studio (Bundle ID: com.humanityfounders.snapeditai) and related services, including our marketing site.

Many editing tools run on your device. Some optional cloud AI features and account features send data to our servers or third-party processors only when you use those features.

By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Account information. If you create an account or sign in (email/password, Google, or Apple where available), we may process your name or display name, email address, profile photo URL, authentication provider, and account identifiers needed to keep you signed in.

Photos, camera & media library. The App accesses your photo library and/or camera only so you can pick, capture, edit, export, and save images. Core local editing tools process media on-device. Images are written to your Photos library only when you choose Save or export.

Projects & local app data. Edited project history, preferences, and similar app data may be stored on your device so you can reopen recent work.

Cloud AI & generation (optional). If you use cloud AI features (for example magic eraser, style transfer, text-to-image, avatars, or similar tools), the selected image, prompt, or a transformed version may be sent over HTTPS to our API and/or a third-party model provider solely to return the result you requested.

Subscriptions & purchases. If you subscribe to SnapEdit Pro or unlock paid features, purchase events are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, and/or RevenueCat. We may receive entitlements, product identifiers, and non-sensitive subscription status so we can unlock premium features. We do not receive your full payment card number.

Technical & support data. We may process limited diagnostics such as device type, OS version, app version, crash or error signals, and messages you send to support.

• Create and secure your account, and show your profile inside the App
• Run AI processing you explicitly request
• Manage subscriptions, entitlements, and AI usage quotas
• Respond to support requests and improve reliability
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access
• Meet legal obligations

We do not use your photos or account data for cross-app tracking or to sell personal information.

Depending on the features you use, SnapEdit may interact with:

On-device. Profile cache (if signed in), preferences, and local project lists typically remain on your device until you sign out, clear app data, or uninstall.

Our servers. Account credentials/tokens, profile fields, subscription entitlements, and AI request metadata needed to operate the service may be stored on our backend.

AI transfers. Images or prompts you submit for cloud AI are transmitted over HTTPS to perform the operation. Retention by model providers is governed by their policies.

Security. We use industry-standard transport security (HTTPS) and minimize what we store. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Local data remains until you remove it or uninstall the App. Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request account deletion from Settings (where available) or by contacting us. We may keep limited records as required for legal, security, or billing disputes.

AI providers may retain submitted media according to their own terms. Review those policies before using cloud AI features.

The App is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will delete it promptly where required.

• Exercise rights available under laws such as GDPR or CCPA where they apply

We may update this Privacy Policy when features change. We will revise the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
